Doctor Visit & Blood Test Results
I finally went to my doctor's office. I was scaring myself to death! I could feel my blood pressure pumping, it was like a hum throughout my body. When I was walking a felt lightheaded, not like I would pass out but like I had to catch myself. It was a very strange feeling for sure. Any noise would shoot my blood pressure skyrocketing. Sundays my doctor has walk in hours, so I decided I was going to go and guess what, I had more blood spotting. She was running late so I had to reschedule an appointment for Monday. I told her I was a mess with so many issues and I told her about the spotting. She checked my blood pressure, and of course it wasn't high at all, it was 110/72. She said it was perfect, so no blood pressure medication needed. I didn't want to start medication, but I sure wanted to be able to control this crazy hum feeling thing I get when I get nervous or upset. I told her about the bleeding, she got me up on the table...
