Nothing is going as planned! Just waiting for the next shoe to drop!

Welcome back! It is amazing how much time flies by without batting an eye! I had high hopes of sticking with this blog and tracking my ups and downs of life but as you can see that didn't happen.

Alot has happened and yet so much is the same.

Still fat as you can see from this picture. I have not been able to even make a tiny improvement in that area. I just weighed myself 201.8lbs. that is crazy. I got my haircut, the gal said I have more hair on one side of my head than the other go figure. 



My grand daughters were over today and said, "Nana why is your hair so bushy"? Then proceeded to ask, "Why is my hair grey on the top"? I thought it looked okay, but I guess not. Nothing in my life is "good" at this point, it is sad to say but it is the truth.

I can imagine you are asking "Geez all she does is complain", that is what I have been thinking myself. I feel like I am just waiting for the shoe to drop!

It is hard to find the will to make changes in the way I eat, I keep waiting for the "strength" to start the journey. I just can't seem to find it this time, eating is my only enjoyment is you will. I keep asking myself why would I want to do this to myself AGAIN, why would I want to get so heavy? The only thing I can control in my life is what I eat? January 1, 2023, Welcome!

  So far so good!! I changed things up a bit and stayed up till 12 and watched the New Year ring in. The past couple of years I went to sleep before midnight.  That made for getting up at 5:30am a bit hard but I did it and work turned out pretty darn good, a large amount of the other drivers did not show up, so we stayed busy all day. The prepper channels I watch all say dig deep now and work as much as you can you are going to need all the money you can get to be able to buy food and pay your bills in the upcoming months with prices skyrocketing. As far as my personal goals, I was tossing around the idea of drinking at least 2 bottles of water a day & walking at least 10 minutes. The whole idea of setting goals is all about preparedness you have to have everything on hand and schedule when you plan on doing the walking.
